This Privacy Policy describes Our policies and procedures on the collection, use and disclosure of Your information when You use the Service and tells You about Your privacy rights and how the law protects You.

  • Account means a unique account created for You to access our Service or parts of our Service. (This only happens if you make an online donation, sign up to volunteer or attend an event, or sign up as a Private Hub or or a Public Hub Leader.)

  • Affiliate means an entity that controls, is controlled by or is under common control with a party, where "control" means ownership of 50% or more of the shares, equity interest or other securities entitled to vote for election of directors or other managing authority.

  • Company (referred to as either "the Company", "We", "Us" or "Our" in this Agreement) refers to Hubs & Routes, a nonprofit project of Social Good Fund.     Usage Data may include information such as Your Device's Internet Protocol address (e.g. IP address), browser type, browser version, the pages of our Service that You visit, the time and date of Your visit, the time spent on those pages, unique device identifiers and other diagnostic data.

    When You access the Service by or through a mobile device, We may collect certain information automatically, including, but not limited to, the type of mobile device You use, Your mobile device unique ID, the IP address of Your mobile device, Your mobile operating system, the type of mobile Internet browser You use, unique device identifiers and other diagnostic data.

    The Company may use Personal Data for the following purposes:

    • To create your Hub icon and popup bubble if you sign up as a Hub.

    • To bill your payment method if you make an online donation.
      To contact You: To contact You by email, telephone calls, SMS
      To provide You with news, special offers and general information about other goods, services and events which we offer that are similar to those that you have already purchased or enquired about unless You have opted not to receive such information.
      To manage Your requests: To attend and manage Your requests to Us.
      For other purposes: We may use Your information for other purposes, such as data analysis, identifying usage trends, determining the effectiveness of our promotional campaigns and to evaluate and improve our Service.

    • Disclosure of Your Personal Data

    • We may share Your personal information in the following situations:

    • If you have signed up as a Hub you may be contacted during a disaster to check if you are OK and to see if you are still offering a resource that is turning out to be needed by someone else. What will be shared will be the least possible information needed to save lives and to allow 911 responders to focus on what only they can do. We will honor the request you made when you chose your Hub’s Privacy Level.

    • With Your consent: We may disclose Your personal information for any other purpose with Your consent.Retention of Your Personal Data

      The Company will retain Your Personal Data only for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy. We will retain and use Your Personal Data to the extent necessary to comply with our legal obligations (for example, if we are required to retain your data to comply with applicable laws), resolve disputes, and enforce our legal agreements and policies.

      The Company will also retain Usage Data for internal analysis purposes. Usage Data is generally retained for a shorter period of time, except when this data is used to strengthen the security or to improve the functionality of Our Service, or We are legally obligated to retain this data for longer time periods.Delete Your Personal Data

      You have the right to delete or request that We assist in deleting the Personal Data that We have collected about You.
